  • Responsibilities: UX flow for admins and end users, UI copy, naming, web copy, transactional emails

Overview: Simplify employee sign-up and provide admins with more control over the invite process while maintaining necessary security verifications.

  • Responsibilities: UI copy, instructions, error handling, microcopy

Overview: Provide a simple solution so business admins can easily set up SSO with Dashlane. On the business side, reduce the number of deals lost because admins have to host the encryption service themselves.

  • Responsibilities: UI copy, value prop inclusion, CTAs

Overview: The device sync limit paywall was the lowest performing paywall despite users who encounter it being strong contenders to upgrade. This project improved the paywall and standardized messaging. In the first month, conversion rate increased by 9.9%.

  • Responsibilities: UI copy, user flows, user testing

Overview: Invoice-based admins couldn’t purchase seats on a one-off basis without contacting Support or their Sales rep, creating friction and potential loss of revenue. This project empowered invoice-based admins to easily add more seats on their own.

  • Responsibilities: UI copy, information architecture, receipt content design, transactional emails

Overview: Admins couldn’t easily upgrade their plan by themselves in the product; if and when they upgraded, the total cost of their new plan wasn’t clear. This project introduced a way for admins to seamlessly self-upgrade during their subscription or trial.

  • Responsibilities: UI copy, UX flow, in-product education

Overview: Leads are more likely to convert to a paid plan if they (and the plan members they invite) experience Dashlane’s core features. This project introduced a new onboarding flow that simplified key tasks, engaged them with sticky features, and encouraged them to roll Dashlane out to their org.
